2) What are the basic requirements?

At Online Phones, the requirements are simple and straightforward. You just need to make sure that you can provide proof of steady income. We will need your recent pay slips and certificate of employment so we can consider your contract phone application.

3) Do I need to be employed to apply?

4) How much is the fixed monthly fee?

The fixed monthly fee varies from one deal to another. In general, the rates fall between £8 and £25. Your monthly fee will depend on which handset and bundle plan you picked. It follows that if you picked an expensive handset then your fee will be higher too.

5) Do I get to choose any handset I want?

Yes, you can upgrade your bundle plan or your handset provided that your current contract is close to being complete. If you’re a few months away from the end of your contract, you can contract customer service to check your eligibility for an upgrade.

7) Do you run credit checks?

Online Phones does not run credit checks on our customers hence the fast processing and quick approval despite of your poor credit rating. If you can’t find any contract plan because of your bad credit score, Online Phones can offer you the perfect solution.

8) Do you have hidden fees?

All fees and charges associated with your contract phone are disclosed prior to closing the deal. If you want to know more about said charges, you can either call customer service or you can read the small print.

9) What happens if I miss a monthly payment?

As much as possible, we discourage customers from delaying or missing payments. If you don’t want extra charges to your monthly bill, you need to make a commitment to pay your bill on time every month. Doing so will also avoid putting your credit score at risk.

10) How do I pay for my monthly fee?

You can pay your monthly bill two ways. You can pay over-the-counter or you can set-up an automatic direct debit deduction. The latter option is highly recommended as it’s not only convenient but it will prevent you from missing a payment. Just make sure your account always has sufficient balance to cover for your bill.
